As the days are becoming shorter and colder, many people begin experiencing symptoms of depression. This includes low mood, irritability, changes in appetite, and sleep problems. When these symptoms occur at the same time as the seasons change, this may be a sign of seasonal depression, or Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). In our workshop, you will learn how to recognize seasonal depression, strategies to help you cope with it, and how to help support loved ones who are experiencing it.
This workshop will be presented in several languages including English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Japanese and Russian. See below to register for any of the sessions.
