Mental Health Awareness Week (3rd May – 7th May) is to raise awareness regarding the importance of mental health, and also to provide any information or educational presentation that would be beneficial for our current and future clients (e.g., newcomers, vulnerable population and anyone in Ontario who may need to learn more about how to receive support and how to take care of their mental health). We dedicate this week especially to our guest speakers to talk about their profession, research and expertise to raise awareness for Mental Health.
