The Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) is home to at least 6.954 million people and the Greater Toronto Area alone welcomes 77% of new immigrants to Ontario.

Skills for Change is working with employers to understand  their regional-specific newcomer talent demand.  We are also creating an eLearning platform to bridge the labour and skills demand gap between employers  and newcomers to boost talent retention rate and equitable talent attraction in the GTHA.
