This course provides you with the tools to manage your work, personal communication, and scheduling activities. Outlook 2016 provides you with the capability to send, receive, store, and manage emails and combines these activities with a contact list to keep track of your network, a calendar for allocating your time, a Task List to prioritize your to-do items, Journal Entries to track what you do online, and Notes to help you manage other information.

Classes are held in a Computer Lab equipped with Microsoft Office Suite

Completion

  • Certificate of Completion
  • Tax Receipt Form for tuition fees for courses taken in the calendar year. To qualify, the fees must be more than $100 for the year.

Sujeewa Abeyasinghe is a friendly, patient, client-oriented instructor with more than ten years in the Canadian Banking and Finance industry. He is dedicated to making his students feel comfortable in their learning environment and strives to ensure that every student is engaged and active in class while allowing them to progress at their own pace.
