Are you a Black Woman leader who aspires to excel your Leadership and Data Analytics skills?
Skills for Change is pleased to announce a new initiative for Black Women leaders. Financed by the TD Ready Commitment, the training is designed for Black Women who are interested in developing their Leadership and Data Analytics skills. This 10 week program has two objectives: 1) providing Black Women with Leadership Development training to create a pathway for more inclusive leadership and representation of Black leaders 2) preparing underemployed, unemployed, and/or internationally educated Black Women from various sectors with the skills needed to succeed in the field of Data Analytics.

Who Can Apply?

  • Mid-career professional Black Women who are interested in developing a career in Data Analytics
  • Minimum work experience of 2 years
  • English language proficiency: CLB 5 higher or IELTS 5 and higher
